As for carbonated drinks adsasive sugar makes the fluid in your body thick and hard to be neutralized. Due to high in sugar your kindney will have adsasive load of work. This is bad!

Dispite of people selling minerals in capsul, liquid and grains, our body produce enough of minerals to support our system. But to flush away the minerals is not that easy.

You must drink a lot of water, but not just any water. It is important to get supply of good water that contains minimal minerals and mikrons. In order to do this you must have a very relaiable water filter in your house. Not any type of water filter, but one that does the job properly.
